I loved its staff and rooms, nice building.

Everything was excellent, magnificent location close enough to the centre, taxis, really nice experience. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge and coffee/tea makers.

Everything was very clean, really enjoyed our really good stay. The staff were top-class and efficient, were waiting for us in the lovely lobby.

We loved staying in the place thanks to very good staff and rooms. The restaurant was nice on the 1st floor, we ordered excellent dishes.

The place was good value. Loved my wonderful stay for your next visit. They provided lots of brilliant choices for breakfast that was included. Central location next to towncenter of Reykjavik, Reykjavik, the center, it was in a nice area.

It was a fantastic experience in a stylish hotel. The breakfast was perfect with lots of options and the room was elegant. There where an individual safe, flat-screen TV and a refrigerator in the room, loved that. Everything seemed great, clean. The stuffs were best & consistently courteous.

Fairly large hotel with exceptional location very close to the center town, the city centre, downtown. The staff was brilliant and the food was fresh. Nice room, good bathroom.

Would come here again, the hotel was fairly clean, and location close to the center was ideal. The breakfast was tasty, with plenty of pastries, cereal, fruit and bakery. Loved our perfect stay for 3 nights.

Staff and location were pleasant and I especially appreciated that the place was clean. Absolutely brilliant view of mountain. Very close to a bus stop, nice local area. Besides, a lutheran parish church was 3 km away from the venue. Wireless in the lobby, convenient.

We liked all the hotel offered : large beds and knowledgeable staff. Room was nice looking, with a luxurious bathroom. Restaurant was good and the food was excellent. The service offered was personalized too. Attractive garden outside. This tasteful property was great value as contrasted with other options.

Great place to stay, clean, everything was perfect. I liked the room on the 10th floor, the bed was very comfy. The hotel was in a central location within walking distance of the city centre.

cozy location, super-friendly staff and the free parking was available. i booked a fairly good bedroom. everything was well-maintained as expected, even so the bathroom was quite small. service was polite in the boutique style hotel.

The stay here was amazing, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with unbeatable location just off beach, the center, Kringlan. The staff there were welcoming and accommodating.

I had a very good time, good value. The staff were professional, and the breakfast was varied. Everything was fine and within 10 minutes' drive of Reykjavik airport.

The breakfast is hearty, rooms are well heated and the staff is corteous.

Facilities were very good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was awful.

The building is beautiful and spacious. There are lots of facilities in the room like: flat-screen TV and coffee.

Reasonably good breakfast, quick check-in and pretty friendly staff. I got free upgrade and loved it. It was great, had marvellous view. The in-house bar was good and the drinks were cold. There was free wifi throughout the property.

Light room, great sized bathroom, plus it's in a central area. Spotless and terrific hotel in Reykjavik East district.

Feeling that I appreciated the hotel after staying for 1 night. Its staff was very pleasant & outstandingly accommodating. Stayed in cozy double room with a large bed and spa too. Everywhere there was spotless.

Good value, brilliant location. Rooms were gorgeous and good with big beds. The staff did all they can for a lovely stay. Friendly service was provided too. The hotel itself was in an beautiful area.

The hotel was tidy, and I liked a friendly location. It was nice having coffee and flat-screen television. The staff made my stay perfect 10/10! The superb service combined with the tasty food. The area was tourist, a convenient base for me.

Overall, it's ideal base for exploring Reykjavik attractions. Loved on-site restaurant Grand Brasserie. We were met by KIND, friendly personnel.

Tourist destinations like laugardalslaug where close to the hotel. It truly was a wonderful experience. Fresco was 5 mins walk away
